XJU-1992 Gray Jeep with MicroPhone

Did anyone else see the gray jeep talking through a microphone at people on Rte. 50 today? Two girls, who at times said they were the police, telling people to get out of their cars. But obviously impersonated the police no matter how obvious is illegal, but is talking to people through a microphone legal?

Unfortunately, talking to people through a microphone *is* legal, as long as the noise ordinances are not violated. That's why you never see ministers, keynote speakers, board of supervisor members, witnesses at trial, or even the president himself, arrested for talking to people through a microphone.
