I've lost all interest in sex due to the horrific attitudes/personalities of women in this area. It's like it's an assured recipe for miserableness. They are all shallow, incredibly materialistic, and totally self absorbed. Marriage to one would be a prison sentence until she decides to divorce you, then she takes half of your stuff and gets spousal support as well.

I see two possibilities. The first is that you are wrong. In other words, your personal experiences have given you a limited perspective which does not allow you to make an objective assessment of the women in this area. If you want someone nice, you'll need to live in the sticks.
