West Ox Road and 123 don't meet. Ox Road IS 123 south of Fairfax City. Could you clarify the intersection?

there were 3 or 4 cars in the accident. and to those driving by all you saw was a tow truck but there was 1 car in the ditch 1 on the road and 1 4 car small car i think a toyota crushed. like drunk driving to the extreme crushed. complete driver side pushed in, looked like it went through a grinder.
