I don't think he did it. Then had no real proof at all. The parents have accepted him as the killer. In fact tne mother went off on him yesterday in court and ended by telling him FU. But I think they just needed a fall guy.

Of course, he broke this country's laws entering it illegally, so what was the difference?
At the time he had three Virginia state drivers licenses and two ID's, all with
the same picture of him on them with five separate names and ID/license numbers on them.
This was back just before they caught all those VA DMV crooks selling them both
for thousands of under-the table $$bucks$$. Remember that?
And the jerks in charge of the TLC never even bothered to check his or any of the
rest of the scum coming in there just like they do now (nothing!).
Ingmar was and still is a ten month old dead rotten smelly rat-fink.
Used to always make up stories to get anyone he didn't like thrown out, claiming
the person was being rude to him and his buddy Latinos illegals if you didn't
kiss his ass and get out of his way MF'n bull.
Kinda' like what obviously still goes on there even present day, with the
illegals that still go in there.
All the while they are dirty-dealing dope, working under the table and doing
every illegal thing they can run accross like a bunch of screaming scum-sucking banshee's from hell!
Never could understand how this could be going on back then or now, right there,
with so-called Christians in charge constantly bleeding donations out of the
local and abroad churches to support the place with the no wholes barred
operation going on in support of, if anything, this illegal immigrant invasion

The people in charge of the TLC are obviously real criminally minded losers.
Hope they are so glad to have contributed to the illegal trafficking of the very

Voicing their justifiable concerns about the terribly innefficient and seriously dangerous environments these homeless shelters in the region are perpetually perpetuating at the demise of the legals and citizens.
It would help to do so. Places like the Lamb Center ARE, by policy, clearly, helping to generate increased criminal activity in the area and region.
Providing sanctuary, aiding and abbeding convicts and repeat offender criminals IS an illegal act in itself.
And it IS being allowed to continue and continue without waiver, with these places already well referenced in this thread and others by MANY, Clearly, Anonymously, that have seen and experienced this first hand.
Someones even posting names, discriptions, A.K.A.'s, all sorts of ID info and everything, in which I think is GREAT, and it should be done even MORE.
Whomever, whoever is doing so, please indulge yourself further!
