Woodbridge man found dead in Manassas Park

Manassas Park police are investigating after a body was found overnight.

A citizen called police around midnight to report a person possibly dead near Euclid Avenue and Lapaz Place, Manassas Park police said.

Manassas Park and Prince William officers responded and found a man dead in a wooded area east of Euclid Avenue, police said.

Police have identified the man as Christopher Edward Aleskowitz , 32, of Woodbridge.
His body was taken to the Medical Examiner's office.

Police said there are no signs of foul play or threats to the community.

The case remain under investigation, and police ask anyone with information to contact Manassas Park Detectives Loving and Winston, 703-361-1136.
