I just moved to Kingstowne. Give me the dirt on the place.
I'll start. I just drove by some kids busted by the cops, sitting on their asses on a median outside Kingstowne Center. Busted!

Yeah, Fairfax police maintain a large presence at the Regal theater when the kids are out for summer. The Wal Mart across the street is used by Mexicans some people as a hang out spot during the evening and weekends.

I lived in Kingstowne for 7 years (moved out last year). It's a great area, great location, easy access to everything.
It's diverse but I never had a problem there. There are some punks that hang out near the Cinema but nothing too scary. It's a great area - you'll love it.
