Laser at Fairfax Police Chopper

Man in Burke charged with having laser aimed at fairfax police chopper. This means helicopter. This not nice. He is criminal. He should place buttocks out window. That means full moon night.

Is this felony? This means over one year in jail. Or is this misdemenor? This means less than a year. Why would anyone point laser at pilot. This could cause problems. This could cause eye damage. This not nice.
