A Woodbridge man was arrested after police said he 'upskirted' a woman at Walmart.
A 46-year-old Woodbridge woman called police shortly before 5 p.m. Monday and told officers she was in the store at 14000 Worth Ave. in Woodbridge and noticed a man following her.
She said the man was pushing a shopping cart with a mirror on the bottom rack, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
According to the woman, the man placed the cart and mirror in such a way he was able to look up her dress, Perok said.
The man made "an inappropriate gesture" toward the woman several times then left the store, Perok said.
Officers found the man in the parking lot.
Immar Antonio Ramos, 40, of the 1300 block of East Longview Drive, was charged with obscene sexual display and disorderly conduct.
His bond was set at $1,500 and his next court date is September 25.
