What I think is funny is how many idiots have opened restaurants in that location, only to see them fail. Obviously it's a crappy location for a restaurant, but people keep signing that lease. Dummies.

The area around the Bob Evans looks like a complete dump. Most of Springfield has an old industrial feel about it.

From all the posts - it seems like they should just burn all of Springfield Down.. it's such a drain on the rest of the county and might as well be annexed to PG county.

Clearly you haven't been paying attention. Chi Chi's did burn a few weeks ago.

After the insurance ppl do their thing I'm sure the building will get demolished as its now a hazard. Send word to your supervisor or something, make them get things moving if it bothers you.
