They were circling colesbury place because of a runaway 9th grader. The family has an enormous amount of problems. I watched the police hang around the house. The frantic mom went searching for her and was driving like a maniac up and down Prince William, nearly hitting my car. The neighbors and I suspect there was more than just her running away, because they wouldnt send a helicopter for a runaway child.
