looking for hypnotist

Hi I am looking for a reputable hypnotic treatment for quitting smoking, if anybody knows of anyone good and reasonably priced please let me know!

I dragged my hubby to one in Fairfax to try to get him to quit smoking. A plump lady sat behind her desk explaining her "program" to us. She was preaching the benefits of hypnosis and on and on and on...... How she could get people to quit smoking or to eat less or to drink less. All the while, I kept thinking, if it's possible, and your program actually works, then why in the hell are you still 75 pounds overweight?

ironic.

We skipped the hypnosis and he did the patch. It worked, he was grouchy for a month, but it was worth it.

Willpower or the patch sounds like a better route.

Hypnotism sounds like such an inexact science and a scam, just like that Lucinda Bassett hosebag with all her radio ads.

She advertises in the health section of the Post on Tues.

I wouldn't recommend hypnosis - it's powers have been greatly exaggerated. At best, it's a good tool to use to relax.
