New Rave Closed for Good?

Passing New Rave on 29 there is a big CLOSED sign and no biz sign anymore... flowers/plants being sold in the parking lot. Is New Rave gone? I know one of the owners had cancer and there was a benefit concert for her at Jaxx, but I didn't know they were closing. Anyone?
