Racial profiling FCPD ...Reported on fcpd police complaint form... heard from dept once ...never again, incident happened a few months ago...lawyer? any suggestions ...

Go ahead and pay a lawyer to write letters for you if you want. Or,
You contact them again to say you are following up, and ask nicely for a reply within 48 hours. Stick to the facts, not your hurt feelings.
If no reply, you contact the community relations officer for your district directly. Again, allow 48 hours.
Work up the line from there.
Or,
Just get over it. We all know there are arrogant cops with attitudes, who will respond that it was your fault that they took whatever action they did, whether it was racist or not.

I wuz profiled cuz the cop arrested me just for being a Black man with a bloody knife in his hand and a dead whitey on the sidewalk next to me.

Profiling? Absolutely, it's called criminal profiling.
For example. I sit in a 7-11 parking lot and watch the counter. Your slovenly attired dumb ass goes in and buys a grape flavored Philly Blunt. Absolutely nothing illegal about it if you're over 18. But anyone with half a brain knows that grape flavored philly blunts are not smoked by anyone other than slack jawed pot heads smoking up skunky weed.
Therefore you must have some weed or your asshole buddy in the driver' seat does. I then follow your car out of the parking lot onto a state maintained highway and initiate a traffic stop for one of the three equipment violations the hoopty you're riding in is displaying. Now please for the good of humanity, go get a 13 gallon kitchen garbage bag and pull it over your head, the gene pool is contaminated enough.
