Interesting... I was going to point out that blowing your bail bondsman is still legal, since the law prohibits "carnal knowledge". Carnal knowledge usually means sexual intercourse, specifically penetration of a female vagina by a male penis. However the new law states "For the purposes of this section, "carnal knowledge" includes the acts of sexual intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, anallingus, anal intercourse and animate or inanimate object sexual penetration." ...So blowjobs are off the table.

Handjobs, titty-fucking, facials, and nude grinding sessions are still permitted however.

Also, notwithstanding the Fairfax Times story's quote by Tony Miller, nothing in this section of the Code prohibits carnal knowledge between a bail bondsman and the girlfriend, wife, etc. of a defendant or parolee. Thus next time you need to get out of jail, keep it legal and offer the bail bondsman a roll with your daughter rather than a blowjob.

This law only makes it illegal to blow us if you are a customer. We can still receive oral from those women who are not customers.

Just want to make that clear.

Customers never had a problem so I don't think other women will have any trouble.

Bail bond company employees and owners are maybe one half step above their white trash clientele anyway, so who cares who blows who? What's next, a law prohibiting rats from fucking?
