Long Answer:

illegal aliens... think about it. The indigenous people were all slaughtered, starved, and cheated out of North America by illegal aliens (read Europeans). So those of us whom are 'legal' can have our fantasy about the good old Pilgrim-days.

I would imagine that Thanksgiving and the rest of our holidays, with the possible exception of Christmas, are viewed by illegal aliens as an economic hardship...as in lost wages.

Offices that are closed don't need cleaning, etc....

Thing about it. What does the average American eat more of during the year? Turkey. Or burritos and tacos?

Don't pay the Meeper any mind. He is so ridden with misplaced white guilt that he is blind to the reality of what Fairfax has become. The joke is on him however and it will be even more on him when his neighborhood is invaded by Mexicans living 40 to a house and doing all the things that the earlier posted described i.e. unsupervised children, Corona bottles all over the yard, etc.

I think we all need to quit our jobs and become illegal aliens.

Listening to the conservatives here, it seems that I could do whatever I wanted if I were an illegal alien. I could sit back and collect money, impregnate whoever I wanted, stab whoever I wanted, and drink whenever I want. Being a lover, not a fighter, I'd skip the third, which would make me much more tolerable to my neighbors.
