Bumper repair fraud

OK, I may be stoopid. I had a fella approach me while I was at Carl Sandburg School last December while selling christmas trees for a fundraiser. He noticed the damaged bumper on the front of my car. He specialized in quick bumper repairs. I allowed him to make the repair, which of course sucked. I paid him 400 bones. He is predatory. I say this because he is the same fella that offered to fix the bumper as I was leaving REI many months before. Don't let him sucker you. Don't be stoopid.

I have a beater car with front end damage. I don't care. These clowns approach me all the time. I tell them off and chase them off. They don't know how to do the repairs and try to act tough.
