What's going on at Westfield?

The FCPD mobile command center is at Westfield High School. The school bus parking lot is blocked off by the police. Anyone know what is going on?

Probably just a fight in the cafeteria. You could call the school and ask pretending like you are some worried parent.

I found out what was going on...

A bus driver found a thermos on her bus that must have fallen out of some kid's lunch box. She thought it was a bomb, so she called the police. LOL.

It amazes me that Westfield didn't do anything about this. They believed that there was a BOMB on the bus, but they still let kids walk outside!? They didn't even send an email out to parents. If there was a bomb at someone's child's school, I think the parents would want to know about it.

Right. They want to take a situation that is under control and turn it into utter chaos.

We already know by the way FCPS parents on this board overreact and get emotional over the littlest of things. The last thing the cops need in a situation where there might be a bomb is to have 500 frantic helicopter parents in their SUVs rushing the blockade demanding to pick up their little johnny. Each one screaming at the cop "I pay your salary! Do you know who I am? I'll have your badge! I pay taxes, let me get my precious little spawn out of danger, you fascist pig!"

I am at Westfield right now on a computer in the library and not much is going on. I saw some kids doing heroin in a bathroom but that is day to day stuff here. Yesterday there was a fight and more kids getting busted for heroin

I believe you go to South Lakes and not Westfield; Westfield students know how to spell the drug "heroin" correctly because they write the word on invoices every day. South Lakes students are just dumb.
