my fiance is currently in fairfax county adult detention center under two charges (aggravated malicious wounding & gang participation). Can someone please tell me what i can do to get him released while he is waiting for trial??? NOT BOND. he was already denied that. but this was 2 months ago...his preliminary hearing is on the 26th of June & i was wondering if there is any chance he might be able to be released in the meantime?? He hasnt gotten into any trouble while hes been in there. if that matters. he has strong ties to the community and is not a flight risk. what should i ask my lawyer to do? i dont want him to be sitting in jail until trial starts...thanks in advance

You're obviously a troll, but I'll throw you a bone - get a new fucking fiance dumbass. When your "ties to the community" include "gang participation" you deserve to rot in jail.

I would start looking into prostitution the money earned will help you with any future bond. If you are unattractive which is prob the case as generally the hot girls get better guys then some chump looser that got owned by the county police, I would say then you are screwed. Anyway why would you want to marry this guy as he will get many STD's in jail from sucking cock and getting his asshole punched in...........hope this helps good luck!!!

This user "qranhustl3" is posting and re-posting the same thread on one message board after another. I never knew there was a message board named Prisontalk.

Perhaps the reason he hasn't gotten into any trouble is because he is locked up in jail. If they let him out he will revert to his former ways, so why change a situation that is obviously working out very well.

As previously suggested, get a new fiance. There are plenty of non-criminals to be had.

The reason for holding people 'without bond' is so that they do not get out. He ain't getting out.

Being denied bond means one of two things:
1) he's a flight risk - meaning that the second he gets out he's going to high tail it back to Guatemala, or
2) his crime is so serious that the traditional permissions granting one the ability to get out of jail prior to trial are outweighed by his perceived danger to the public.

Either way, you've picked a winner there honey. How many tats do you sport?

I just love how about 50% of all posts here are trollish in nature, but the important thing is that this is an all too real situation.

Grandhjustle is a perfect representative of our well cultured "urban" youth. Sounds innoncent enough to be a white girl from FFX who followed her parents to the voting booth to vote for Obama.

Muuuuurica Fuck yeah!

Sounds like you have made a wonderful choice for a husband. So wonderful and heart warming to see a young couple starting out in life together.

Oooops......sorry wrong thread.

If you marry this POS you are guarenteeing yourself a life of misery. Let me guess, this isnt his first encounter with the criminal justice system is it?
