Not around here but there is a paved oval in King George County right next to Route 301. Probably 8 or 9 miles from the bridge that Virginia to Maryland.

Not very fast, the employees there are assholes. If someone cuts you off and you accidentally hit them, its your fault and they pull you off the course.

The best place to go is Summit Point Kart for sure.
