I'm voting for Famiglietti. Moran sounds good but I don't see him following through on what he says. I thought in 2006 we sent a clear message to Washington that we wanted our representatives to stand up and speak for US. I don't think anything has changed - all we hear is the same old promises and I'm ready to have someone represent me who isn't afraid to go against what everyone else in Congress is saying. After all, that's WHY each district has a representative - to argue OUR point, not go with the flow.
It's time for a change. Moran keeps blaming "this administration" for the horrible mess we're in, and trying to deflect the blame from himself. He is part of the administration, like it or not. From a voter's perspective, the "administration" is everybody who is elected and supposed to be serving us. It doesn't matter to me if the President is Republican and the representative is a Democrat (or the other way around). I want someone who is going to make waves. I am confident that Famiglietti is not afraid to do that.
