Any Koi owners?

Hi, I'm looking for a local reliable place I can buy pond plants at? About 2 yrs ago, we introduced something into our pond (fish/plant) that wiped out all 15 of our koi. Obviously, we are much more cautious these days. I've checked at the local nurseries (betty's/merrifield) but they don't really quarantine their plants nor guarantee against diseases. Anyone know of anything around here? I'd also entertain mail orders if nothing local fits the bill.

Check out Vienna Aquariums. They carry supplies for koi ponds and sell aquatic plants. You might want to give them a call first, as their website is completely worthless.

not sure if you can buy insurance on koi in this country....

my co-worker's parents are really into koi and they have like 3 dozen
in their garden.(in Osaka, Japan) They even bought insurance for the
fish, against disease, theft, and natural disasters...
