Where to get good fried shrimp in this town?

I got a hankering for some golden fried shrimp. Got any recommendations for me?

#2 Central Fairfax Co. Joes Crab House (Shack) in Fair Lakes is good.. A shrimp platter about 16 dollars lots of good shrimp fresh breading, not frozen

#1 For me has been "The Fish Market" in Old Town Alexandria for many years great butterflyed fresh breaded fried shrimp hot as you order them.. Shrimp Platter about 16 dollars 32 oz schooner beer 7 dollars. Great Cole Slaw, Big Steak fries. All kinds of good seafood there.

Buy your own shrimp and do it your self. Lightly flower it, dip it in egg wash and shake off the excess, dip it in beer batter, drop it in oil. Let it rest on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

Captain Pell's Crab House is a great place to go and get seafood. It is a family owned and run business and the shrimp and crabs are to dies for. I think it is much better quality than Joe's Crab Shack.
