Identity Theft Question

So I was standing on my balcony , having a smoke and saw a group of middle eastern women pull up in a 80k mercedes. All four of them got out and went on with their business. All four of them were covered from head to toe. I am not sure what the name is but like one of those capes(for the lack of a better word) that coveres the whole body except the eyes. I understand the whole religion thing and thats fine, whatever. What makes me wonder is do they reveal their face when they go to the dmv to take a picture or applying for a loan at the bank. I mean religion is one of those sensitive things that you can use to get away with almost anything. I mean if they didnt reveal their face then how would the dmv or a potential creditor could tell. For all they know they could be anyone and use someone elsos id or social security or even rob someone point blank and could get away with it. I am not saying that they would but what if.... Anyone knows a little more about this?

There was a lawsuit in Florida about that.

Don't remember much about it other than the judge told her "If you want a drivers license, you have to take that fucking thing off for the photo."

You right, I mean you can't blame it all on the religion, there has to be some limits. For all we know it can be anybody underneath and potentially someone who is not legal in this country. You cant exactly identify the person just by their eyes.

They have to wear their blankets because they're so dog ugly. There's
a few good looking ones, but I think they save them for YouTube.
