History of Great Falls

I am curious here - when or how did Great Falls become the Beverly hills of FRFX Co?

I mean, I drove thru the area a few times, and mixed in with the mansions are some really small and old houses.

Was it in the 90s?

Great Falls, VA is nothing at all like Beverly Hills.

It might have alot of "mansions", but that's it.

It's more like a DC-version of Palos Verdes.
