Personally I don't find any the NBC4 newscasters to be innocuous, insipid, or jejune. But you thought some were vapid? Sounds to me like you are rather doltish and hebetudinous.

Hands down it has to be Pat Collins. His...delivery...is so...pain...ful...to listen to...that I frequently...change...the channel...when he is on...the air.
Seriously, how does he have a job when NBC was slashing budgets and letting long-time, quality reporters leave? I can only guess that his salary is so small that getting rid of him would not be worth the effort.

I agree with you about Pat Collins. Sometimes he even cries when he reports a sad story. He gets too dramatic. I do like Lindsay Czarniak and Dan Helle. I really like Jim Vance. I was sad to see Susan Kidd let go. I wonder where she is working now. Even though I liked Susan Kidd, I bet she was really bossy to her coworkers. And I bet she wears the pants around her house too.

Pat Collins, hands down, is the stone-coldest vapidest most annoying reporter ever.
