Where can I find VA code 46.2 chapter 9?

I was cited for law section 98.8 on my ticket.

But I can not find it in http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+TOC4602000


it seems that 988 should between 947(chapter 8 end) and 1000(chapter 10 beginning),but chapter 9 is skipped.....

It would probably help if you write what it specifically says on your ticket (obviously no personal info.)If you cite the specific violation, perhaps we can figure it out by searching for it that way,rather than the numbers for the code sections. Maybe the officer had bad handwriting and the numbers can be read incorrectly?
