Caps games temperature

How cold/warm is it in the Verizon center for caps games? I'm going tonight.

If you get there early it's cool to start, gotta keep it chilly for the ice to stay frozen. Once 20,000 people show up it gets pretty warm. Not scorching hot, but high 70's low 80's warm. Most people don't bother with jackets but YMMV.

I've only sat close to the glass once and it was kinda chilly, never at a problem in the 200's and 400's where I usually get tix.
