Tons of PG folk in Arlington are there? Thuggin up the place are they? 2br condos selling for 700k, townhomes in the millions. Get a life.

Yep just like they have been into Arlington and Vienna. And many they have really depressed values in those areas.

Thank god I live in Chantilly, about as far away from metro as possible, and thank god it is a utopia of no crime, great business, and beautiful clear roadways. My house is worth so much man! Its like a 6 bedroom and it costs 300,000 dollars. One day I plan on retiring and moving to alabama!
