he is a snitch.. he drives around in a shitty hyundai accent with pitsburg steeler stickers - dark grey.. and his psycho bitch girl friend snitched to get off a case she caught..

Cops aren't interested in busting a drug dealer's customers. They want his supplier.

They work up the food chain, not down. As long as you aren't the one selling to Keith and he doesn't have any other shit on you (like the fact that you're breaking into dozens of cars in Chantilly, Reston and Springfield and stealing shit to support your habit), you are of exactly zero interest to the cops.
