I could not agree more! Nick BAlland is the worst attorney in the D.C. metro area. A complete sleeze bag....and more. I paid him to represent me and he claimed he was working on the case and never did a thing. Everytime I phone he said "you have nothing to worry about". I get to court and he had NEVER spoken to the other attorney and told me "sorry" I guess they are going to press charges against you and I recommend you plead guilty. He is a lying filthy bast*rd who should not be practicing law. For the lies he told me if I could have him disbarred I would. Does anyone know how to disbar a lawyer?
