Leave the police alone, you should have better things to do than try to mess with their cars.

The doors are locked. They have secondary keys on their belts while a primary key remains in the ignition.

In fact, each officer has about 4-5 different keys, to operate different models of different police cruisers.

Go ahead. Hop in.

Unless you know a little secret, you won't be able to move the car.

If they're like much of the rest of the County fleet vehicles, they may be keyed the same as all others of the same vehicle type.

No way the county morons could keep thousands of different keys straight.

Yeah, I bet they have some secret switch. But then it must be fairly common knowledge seeing how many fucking stupid people steal police cars.

go ahead and steal a cop car. pretty stupid since they can shoot you for stealing their cars since most of them have shotguns or rifles in them that are locked up. go steal the idiots car who leaves his 50k beamer sitting in front of 7-11 instead.
