How's Centreville HS for my kid?

Am looking toward next year for my kid and was wondering how Centreville HS stacks up? Teachers ok? Any bullying? I hear the class sizes and college placement is average for the area.

Unless you can afford a private school what difference will it make. You go where you live. If you ask the school they will give you the same old teachers union bullshit that the county has the best run school system in the nation. They have no stats to back that up but saying it helps everytime they demand another raise for the overpaid babysitters.

You will find an involved PTA and a great neighborhood school. Look at the stats online.

Hybla Valley or off Route one many FCPS are really good.

@OP - dont listen to the racists and trolls - nothing wrong with the Wildcats. maybe not the BEST school in the county but definitely better than most schools in the country, anyways.

As long as yr kid has his/her head straight, they will do good at Centerville and go on to be a success if they want to be..........................

p.s. fights/gangs? same as any other school. Langley and Woodson have gangs too, fyi - so dont let that freak you
