Big lots is in Fairfax located next to the new WalMart.... on 29 perhaps a 1/2 mi west of the 50 interchange and up the street from K-Mart

No joke, the stuff is hit or miss, mostly shit. but you can find certain things for cheap, but that's what it is, cheap. it's like a magnet for spics. maybe it's the area where they are? i went to the one in sterling.

Traffic around Walmart and Big Lots is awful! I can't imagine what it will be like closer to Christmas.

I went there yesterday afternoon and just strolled around for a while. Most of the staff appeared to be Americans for some reason but I know that's unconstitutional and they'd never do that. There are some good deals to be had but I doubt I'll be shopping there much. The location next to Wal-Mart stinks and the parking lot was packed. There "real" grand opening is this week and they're having a parade complete with marching band. (I don't know which one) I'll be sure and avoid the place until their big splash is over.

It's cheaper than importing Canadians in to run the register.
