You do understand this is just Rush Limbaugh riffing about all the things that piss him off, don't you? You're just repeating one of his diatribes. Maybe not word for word, but it sure as hell stinks of his hatred and anger.
But thanks for explaining to us why the youth of today have it all backwards, you see, because the schools are teaching them all this non-religion stuff and they have no foundation about what's right and what's wrong, they play their xboxes and their me-tubes and faceplaces and don't care about what made this country strong ..... ahhh, jeez, you've been listening to a windbag for far too long.
But don't tell ME (or anyone on this forum) how I (or WE) think, how we were taught, why we don't know right or wrong. You are arrogant and fucking condescending. And you're fucking wrong. See, I do know the difference between right and wrong. I know that you are wrong when you make blanket statements about people you don't even know. I'm probably a few years older than you, BTW.

I don't give a flying fuck what Iran has to say about our election. In fact, to even bring that up just means you are parroting Rush again.
As far as Greece goes, that is a wholly and certifiably corrupt country. Its government all the way down to the dog catcher, its people, its institutions, everything about that country is corrupt and has been broken since Papandreou took over and Greece became a constitutional republic in 1974. The current crisis was aided and abetted by JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs, but the borrowing is more of a symptom of bigger problems. There is no correlation to the current US economic situation. Greece has an all-inclusive buffet of social-welfare programs, including universal assistance to any household with children, rent equalization, and so forth, things we do not have in this country. They also took advantage of the borrowing spree spurred on by GS and JPM to build extravagant and unnecessary public projects like museums, state houses, concert halls and stadiums. Again, no equivalent here. The last big expensive public boondoggle was the Denver Airport -- when was that??
What the markets did yesterday was decline less than 3%. 2.63% to be exact. And it declined another 0.94% today. So am I supposed to be frightened? Does this prove that Obama is bad for the financial system? Because I'm sorry but I am a bit more versed in the financial markets than the average Rush Limbaugh listener.
When I take a look around, I see affluence and prosperity. When I visit the midwest, I do see a little more economic stress than usual, but if you only now have become concerned about the plight of the lower middle class who have always struggled to stay afloat and keep their heads above water, then you're late to the game. The only difference is that twice as many people are out of work. Let me repeat -- TWICE AS MANY. So you either never gave a shit about the first half, or you only respond to a large enough number. Which is it? Because the first 5% who were out of work did not cause a stir, but those other 4.9% that came along later sure seems to create a commotion. Besides, I have to question your sincerity, what with all your rancor about the leeches and welfare takers.

I wish I could even remember High School. We elected the popular guy for class president. We all had laughs and fun times.
But Obama does have the skills to lead us to socialism, right?

what? I got sidetracked there for a bit.

Bread and Circuses. Yes, neato. You keep putting that in your comments as if it is supposed to signify our distraction and your inside knowledge of the games the empire is playing to keep us busy. Don't you know that Rush and Fox News is part of that circus? You aren't privy to special knowledge that the rest of us aren't, you are just playing the circus game right along with them.
