Are there any piercing parlors in Nova that do piercings without parental consent for kids under 18 but with someone else over 18?

if there is you might not want to go there, back in july, the state of va. changed the laws for all tattoo shops and minors and procedure, they even issued a release form that becomes their property and must have a photo copy of a state issued picture ID, at the present time the state is still working on all the new piercing laws BUT, it is illegal to except money from a minor to get a tattoo or piercing, so if you find a place that will do it without your parents permission it may not be the kindof of place you would want to get it done

yeah, if they fuck up a tounge peircing, they can easily hit the huge veins in your tounge which will cause your tounge to swell up to the size of a grapefruit which will kill you when you choke on it. that's not even a scare tatic either. scary stuff and talk about a stupid way to die.

Yeah I already checked that, states around VA have also these laws so it'll be impossible to go out of state. It really sucks because now I'll have to do it myself and it wasn't something I was looking forward too.

right, im sure you "have to do it" because it is absolutely necessary. whatever. i would suggest against doing it yourself but then again, maybe you like infections. i hope it goes better than i expect.

I had a regular old ear piercing done back in the day at some little joint (Claire's or Piercing Pagoda or anything like that) in one of the less ppulated parts of Fair Oaks Mall...some little jewelry store run by an Asian family I think.

If you're talking about eyebrows/tongues/navels and shit like that, don't bother with any place that doesn't do the non-parent/guardian consent thing. If they don't take that stuff seriously, chances are they're not taking their sterilization/health code stuff seriously either. You don't want a piercing that goes wrong.

if i dont recall correctly, i think there is a law against places piercing or tattooing minors. i dont know about the parental consent bit. i mean, why else would they restrict people below 18?

ยง 18.2-371.3. Tattooing or body piercing of minors.

Money. I used to know of a handful of places that would do it on anyone who "looked" 18 or would give you a wink and a nod if you gave them a fake ID. Of course, back in the '90s when I was in my teens it was a lot more widespread because the piercing thing was still kind of under the radar so I'm sure most places now, for legal and liability reasons, don't do it. But I wouldn't be shocked if there were one or two out there.

this appears to be a case of mistaken identity but what the hell are you doing watching a guy piercing a horses penis with his mouth. sounds like you are into so freaky farm porn shit.
