Fire in Franconia Area

There is some pretty significant action going on somewhere around Mark Twain Middle School at the moment -- billowy brown smoke, helicopters, fire trucks, etc. Anyone know what's happening?

Yes, the reports stated that there was billowy brown smoke, helicopters, and fire trucks somewhere around Mark Twain Middle School somewhere around 4:30PM.

There was a fire in the woods behind the school. It burned up an acre, maybe an an acre and a half.

looks like it started right where the path goes through the middle of the park there. A tossed cigarette maybe? Guess we'll never know.
