Fairfax NOVA Twin Project Demo at a Community of Vitality__Hometown USA

Executive Summary:

The Twin Project C2C demo proposal is now clearly focused with (01) Twin 01 as the Cafe Twin Show (non-commercial 501-c-3 public access station) and (02) Twin 02 as the Community Greenhouse Project (GHP Fairfax 01) as the "Twin ".

Here is a brief "elevator speech" update and the next step forward to identify an appropriate Fairfax County Agency or a qualified designated non-profit, 501-c-3 organization necessary to execute the Foundation grant to support Twin 01 and Twin 02 as the next step forward.

A response to the "Enabling Question" below is appreciated to move forward with the next step to submit Grant proposal to Ed.Gov and to to be identified Foundations that support the three IRS Charitable Purpose grant as given below.

The missing element is a necessary "partner" to execute the grant proposal to execute the Twin Project Demo as we have been discussing.

Here is are the three IRS Charitable Purpose Definition under which the "Twin Project" is being developed.

I am still trying to figure out a way to seek conversation with the Anndale community leadership, including the Annandale Chamber of Commerce, on this "community based" educational and healthier "revitalization" topic.

The modification can be variation of this originial proposal to include a "Urban Farm" element or a mini-community garden via the Fairfax Park Foundation funding source possibly.
