There isn't a thread for Oakton, so I'm hoping that this can serve as a temporary place for those of us who live in this tiny, white bread town to post whatever. My first thought is who the fuck is tagging the bridge on Vale Rd between Stuart Mill and Hunter Mill? (I know that is a large in-between area, but there is only 1 bridge between the two roads)

any truth that a bunch of Oakton "athletes" gots busted for drugs today? so much for the lifestyle of the rich and soon to be famous. way to go good kids but this would never happen at south lakes would it. if it is true i hopes they put the hammer down on these youts.

I'm not down with the high school crowd as my 10 year reunion is coming up, so I wouldn't know. Besides, I went to Madison and couldn't care less about the Oakton HS kids. You're right about one thing, though. The kids at south lakes would never get CAUGHT with drugs...

**edit** I also agree with you that the hammer needs to be dropped on these morons, but also on their parents. If their parents weren't so fucking self-absorbed, over-worked, and money-driven then maybe they'd pay attention to their kids a little more. Instead they buy them BMWs and the like as soon as they turn whatever the fucking legal driving age is now and forget they exist except to pay for their cell phone bills, gas money, insurance, clothing, food, and drugs (apparently).

Madison fucking sucks fag. I can't stand people like you. You try to sound so upper class and better than everybody else when, in reality, you are prob. one of those ass holes who live in that tiny pos house off of vale with that ugly big ass tree in the front yard. Yeah, "you live in Oakton," but you are still poor and under educated so stfu fagam.

oakton athletes have a history of drug issues, especially the lax team. I don't know who's tagging the bridge but I want to find out too

the 2 athletes that got busted were on a field trip unrelated to athletics. also they arent that good anyway...i know them both
