Vienna; A VERY safe town...

Suspicious Person 11-07715
W and O.D. Trail at Ayrhill Avenue, NE
May 17 9:34 a.m.
A citizen reported a suspicious subject that was walking along the trail. The citizen was reporting
the individual because he had a hoodie that was cinched down around his face and his pants were
wet.
MPO Simon located the subject and began talking with him. He learned that the man was
walking from Reston to Alexandria and had gotten caught in the rain.
No criminal violations of law were observed.


We should change the name of the town from Vienna to Douchebagville. A "citizen" calls the cops because a guy is walking in the rain with WET pants?

What nerve this perp had...why wasn't he driving a three-ton SUV? What a scofflaw!

How about the woman who called the Vienna Police because her au-pair had been "rude" to her...

All kinds of crime going on in Vienna...
