Who pays for the cops, fire truck and ambulance that come to 1006 Pickett pl. sw once a month or so for "drunk" removal??

We have a nuisance house in Vienna in an otherwise, nice neighborhood. The cops have been there twice this week(since Friday). Once to take a girl out for psych evaluation. she has been removed from this property before. The next was to remove a visitor to this residence from the back of a taxi cab. The individual was eventually removed by ambulance and was apparently very intoxicated. There were incidents over the holidays involving other members of this "rental" house. 3 cop cars, a fire truck and an ambulance. Is any one else sick of paying for this kind of nonsense??

I dunno, the 600 BLOCK OF THELMA CIRCLE, SW is giving them a run for their money in the weekly police report. The one you mention barely shows up.

And to answer your question I guess the taxpayers of Vienna pay.

don't worry like all the other rentals in the area that house will soon be sold and after its bulldozed you will have to listen to the noise of ferarris pulling into the 3 car garage of the new mcmansion!

Arrest- Maintaining a Public Nuisance 10-6747 1000 Block Pickett Place, SW June 23 2:04 p.m. After an extensive investigation Detective Sheeran obtained a warrant charging a homeowner with Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Vienna Police officers had responded to 20 calls for service at the location between July 2007 and May 2010. On this same date Officer Ruddy served the warrant of arrest on Diana Walsh Brandt, 69, of Pickett Place in Vienna. Ms. Brandt signed the summons and will appear in court on August 16, 2010. Ms. Brandt also stated she would begin taking action to remedy the situation.
