Harris teeter

A little bird told me that Tequila grande and the wolf trap motel are closing. A Harris teeter is supposed to open in that property. Can anyone confirm this or have any additional information?

I heard it will be a place selling USED mattresses, starting with those from the Wolf Trap Motel. Cheap!

There is going to be a Harris Teeter (for sure, not a rumor -- the signs are up) at the new development being built on top of the Dunn Loring Metro. So I would not think there would also be an HT as close as Nutley and Maple too.
