Vienna Needs a Beer Hall

Vienna needs a beer hall, modeled after the Hofbräuhaus places around the counrty. When the Safeway went away, I was wising this then. Now the Magruders is gone, here's another chance. Come on Vienna. Get some imagination! Be creative with your planning. Imagine rockin' out to bombastic bands, mugs of suds, food and merriment!

Could Waldenthreenet hold a fundraiser in the empty Magruders space? He could have curry, Bollywood stars, and we could even have a Wack-a-Bandicoot game, where participants could donate money for the chance to chase Avi around and hit him with wooden mallets.

Let's thrown in some Indian beer, too!

I would absolutely pay for that! Avi, whaddya say?

No untouchables would be invited, naturally.

Oh no, good gracious, good golly, you BEH fellow are NOT invited to my first class fundraiser. You have been cheeky with me for a long time and you are demonstrably not welcome. Besides which, I promised all the Bollywood starlets that there would be no untouchables or any caste lower than Brahmin present.

How about Epicure Cafe that exists already next to Walmart Fairfax at the GMU neighbhorhood ?

Yea, it's relatively small but they have a "Open Mike" for local musicians.

Why not give this place a try while somebody else come up with an innovative Irish Pub type place that you guys want I think.
