Rt 123 and North Street Friday night?

At about 9:45pm on Friday night, I saw about 10 police cars with their lights flashing lined up along the eastbound lane of North Street (along The Auld Shebeen).

As I drove past, I saw a Virginia State Police car hanging partially off the road with its nose down in the sidewalk that is below street level.

Does anyone know the details of what happened? I've searched local news outlets and there's no mention of it anywhere.

State Police car had a minor accident and no one was hurt....nothing here to see..move on
