I donated to Karen Habitzreuther and I regret it. She has the judgement of a 3 year old. Read the story:

How does this have anything to do with a City Council election? Also, the story itself is very poorly written and obviously is not showing both sides to the story. Of course she is going to fight for her dogs life - what dog lover would not.

It has to do with her poor judgement. Same issue as Silverthorne. Anyway, she lost the election in a landslide, and deservedly so, as she is part of the right wing, no tax, NIMBY jerks who have been trying to screw up city politics lately.

Whatever happened to that guy who ran for Mayor against Scotty? He should have run for the council seat, he probably would have won. I see him in the Safeway from time to time, seems like a nice guy. Anyone know why he did not run?
