Panhandlers at Walmart/big lot light Jermantown road

I know that we've all seen recently homeless and newborn baby woaman (Who lives next door in the trailer park) and usually outside the Walmart dirty sweatpants with bike guy as well as a few other regulars, I had contacted Fairfax County and they won't put a sign out for no panhandlers, since it's not their road. It's shared lot does anyone know who owns it? My teenager walked down to the Walmart and was scared out of his mind being accosted by a homeless guy even been touched on the shoulder. I called the police about this incident but, This is getting out of control does anybody know who I can contact? I'm going to have to start calling the police each time I see somebody out there I'm getting scared for the kids.

No doubt some of these people are out there collecting money to support their drug addictions. Having them in the neighborhood surely increases the crime rate. Walmart may be in the city. Did you call city or county police? See what happens if you call Fairfax City Police.

It's because one there is a Homeless shelter down in the circle. Also all the old hotels along Fairfax Blvd like The Anchorage are really halfway homes for homeless and ex-cons, former drug addicts, etc. I deal with them too, it's out of control.

Just saw Fairfax city out by the light giving her a citation. Please call Fairfax city if you see anybody out there.

Same woman day after day now with crutches, police keep comming but it seems they arnt shooing her away or deterring her.

Wrong. They would just panhandle that much more...until they get money.
