My house was egged at 3am, Saturday September 21st. They left the egg carton on my lawn. The egg carton had a 7 Eleven brand on it. The carton also had a bar code, expiration date and a separate identifying code with letters and numbers. I went to several 7 Elevens in Fairfax. At each store, I check their egg cartons for the appropriate expiration date and identifying code. At the fifth 7 Eleven, in Fairfax City, I was successful. It was the only one with the matching expiration date and identifying code. I asked the cashier if anyone had purchased a dozen eggs early this morning. He said he did remember 2 guys and a girl coming in between 2 and 3 to purchase a dozen eggs. The store manager allowed me to review the security surveillance video recordings. On the recordings, I did in fact find two boys and a girl purchasing a dozen eggs, leaving the store with the eggs and getting into a large white truck. See the attached pictures. The white truck – Look at the top left of the picture, right under the words “Camera 1”. You can see at the top left the time is 14:37. That is 2:37am per their camera system setup. This is a Dodge RAM or Dakota truck.
So to summarize all the evidence:
My house was egged at 3am. I found a carton of eggs that was broken into two halves. The eggshell residue made it clear there were two “throwers”. It would have been a good idea to have a driver also, that could have been the girl, who knows. The carton was from a 7-Eleven, with an identifying code and expiration date tying it to a specific Fairfax 7-Eleven (near Anitas and Burger King in FF). The cashier saw 2 boys and a girl buying eggs between 2 and 3am. I found video that supports this (pictures attached). The timing is perfect if they just drove to my house right after purchasing the eggs. They would have had 10-12 minutes after parking to walk down to my house, and through the eggs. All makes sense.
If you know any of these people or can tell me how to find them, please respond to this post. The Police will contact them and have a discussion about stopping the vandalism.
Thanks you,
