police at Forest Glen?

Anyone know why there are so many police and fire vehicles near the Forest Glen apartments?

I called in to the comms liaison and he said "weapons complaint"... I need to take a dump and I haven't been able to get to my house.

I heard it was that Child Protective Services were called on someone, and that lead to the resident taking in a hostage and he/she had a weapon of some sort but eventually put it down and surrendered.

I heard screaming when I was getting home. It only stopped after the cops started to leave
