Always wondered kind of assumed because you never hear him talk really. Only really posts gifs and jpegs mostly. ESL?

No, I just spend a lot of time writing technical guides, so I prefer to respond here with .gifs that give my reaction to other posters' comments. Does that bother you? Should I be more "vocal"?

Ralph Pootawn's first language is Mandarin. I PM him all the time with questions about my Chinese homework, but he forgets that not everyone is a native speaker like himself.
