Ryals the thief is at it again. He was just found guilty in Loudoun County Courts and fined 2500.00. Ryals has hit the streets trying to scamm people out of money to help pay the fine. If you have had dealings with Ryals..contact DPOR and ask to speak with Det. Judy Duff. Ryals needs three convictions and he can go to prison. Help take this thief off the streets!

Ryals was caught coming out of the Fairfax County Court House after being found guilty of being a thief once again. Go to WUSA 9 and type in Richard Ryals. Ryals is working hard at going to prison. :)
