Does anybody know when these two Chinese restaurants, Peking Imperial (McLean) and Oriental Regency(Tysons Corner) will open again?

Does anybody know when these two Chinese restaurants, Peking Imperial (McLean)
and Oriental Regency(Tysons Corner) will open again?

Are they planning to hang the "CLOSED" sign forever?
